Return and Refund Policy for The Goddess CEO

Thank you for shopping at The Goddess CEO. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be categorized under two headings: Digital Products and Physical Products. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

Digital Products:

We do not issue refunds for digital products. All digital products sale are final.   We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our digital products.

  • Refund Requests: There are no refunds on digital products of any kind for our company. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON ALL DIGITAL PRODUCTS.
  • Non-returnable Items: Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns of products once they have been delivered. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@thegoddessceo.com

Physical Products:

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Refund Process: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • Approval or Rejection of Refund: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale Items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
