Order Processing:

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods:

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping within the United States. Depending on the size and weight of your package, we offer the following shipping methods:
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-10 business days.
    • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5 business days.
  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method selected and the weight/size of your package. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking:

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information. The tracking number will be active within 48 hours after receiving the email.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
  • APO/FPO Addresses: Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@thegoddessceo.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
  • Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for stolen packages after they have been delivered. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address provided.
